This app is compatible with iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads, and aims to streamline fleet monitoring and control for a more proactive approach to handling customer issues.

• Remote Diagnostics: Enhance efficiency by accessing device data instantly, saving labor hours at all times.
• Remote Start/Stop Exercise & Remote Fault Reset: Save time and resources for more profitable site visits by eliminating wasted service calls.

Dealers can seamlessly transition their existing fleet from the OnCue Plus Generator Management system to the new program, with admin approval for newly installed generators required. Users must be invited by the authorized admin of their organization to utilize the application, which is currently compatible with generators supporting VSC and RDC2 controllers.
